St. Michael's Rowing Club proudly represent the sport of coastal rowing in the town.

Coastal Rowing in Ireland is a sport for all, firmly rooted in local tradition, but connected to the sport as practiced the world over.
It combines all the positive aspects of team sport, seamanship, fitness, competitive competition, and the great outdoors.

St. Michael's rowing club has existed in Dún Laoghaire Harbour since the 1920's.
Today, the club boasts over 100 members from complete beginners to experienced rowers.
During the summer months we are an active competitor in the regattas held by our sister clubs in the East Coast Rowing Council and hold our own regatta, usually in July.
Our crews train most evenings during the week with up to nine crews on the water per night.
