Charity Overview :

MyMind is a self-referral provider of psychological and psychotherapy services to people who are seeking mental health support.

We are the first call for people, when they know they have to make the toughest call they might ever have to make. Our early intervention focus offers an alternative solution to existing mental health services fulfilling community needs in primary care services.

MyMind is a service open to everyone, currently based in 2 sites in Dublin, supported online by the “ePsychologist” platform, offering mental health services to people with mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, addiction, work-related stress and suicidal thoughts.

Charity History :

MyMind was founded in 2006, initially as a response to a non-existing mental health support for the general population in public services.

Since 2006, MyMind has supported over 4,000 people directly in face to face sessions (with an average of 5 sessions per client); over 90% of whom have had positive change to presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems and many others.

Additionally, we have supported over 4,000 clients online.
We have grown our service each year since 2006 by 25-30%.
In 2012 we expect to serve over 2,000 clients using face to face services and another 2,000 online.
