Action Ireland Trust works in solidarity with local communities in developing countries to bring about opportunities where lives are enriched through skills exchange programmes in education, primary medical health care, IT, music, skills, infrastructural improvements. Action Ireland Trust provides life changing experiences for young adults in Ireland.

Action Ireland Trust connects communities in Ireland with communities in development countries. Currently working in Lesotho where a classroom was constructed at Hlalele HS, two wards renovated at St. Josephs Hospital Roma and delivered a support programme to the emergency services this was initiated by Dublin fire brigade. Portmarnock CS twined with Hlalele High School initiated a support programme in teaching and learning skills exchange.
