The staff in MathWorks will be taking part in the Steps for Stroke challenge this March in order to raise much needed funds to support stroke survivors and their families, through Croi, the Heart & Stroke Charity.
Each staff member taking part will challenge themselves to take a minimum of 10,000 steps a day throughout the month.
Croi Fighting Heart Disease & StrokeCroí is a registered charity established in Galway in 1985, with its main aim to lead the fight against heart disease and stroke, with a special focus on the West of Ireland. Over the years, Croí has impacted positively at virtually every level of cardiac care in the West, from pre-hospital to post-hospital recovery and rehabilitation to providing support services to patients and their family members.
