At ARC our mission is to provide psychological, emotional, practical and educational support to people with cancer and those who care for them, through a warm, welcoming and client centres approach and to ensure that everyone in Ireland is aware of, and able to access these services.

Due to COVID-19 we are now providing  most of our range of free support services remotely, via telephone or online. Our three Drop In Centres are open Tuesday to Thursday, for Counselling and Acupuncture appointments, as well as Drop-In chats with a volunteer by appointment.

To find out more about safety and hygiene in our centres, please click here. Remote services include a telephone support service and remote counselling, while clients can also avail of a virtual cuppa and a chat with one of the ARC team.

We also have a range of online classestalks and programmes for people with cancer and their families running on a regular bases. These include weekly stress management, relaxation, mindfulness and yoga classes via Zoom.
