ISPCA Wicklow

For one hundred years the Wicklow Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Wicklow SPCA) has worked tirelessly to rehabilitate and rehome animals. Wicklow SPCA offers an adoption programme to re-home animals. We provide love, care and much needed attention to hundreds of animals that are abused, mistreated and hurt throughout the year.

overview

Wicklow Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals runs Sharpeshill Animal Sanctuary which is home to many unwanted animals.  The centre is among the largest in Ireland and is mainly a facility for the rehabilitation and re-homing of animals including horses, goats, donkeys, cats, and dogs.

Many of the calls to the Sanctuary are from people with concerns about the welfare of animals in their area, and we are very grateful and eager to help. We believe, and we advocate that all animals deserve as a basic right:

    1. Adequate Food
    2. Fresh Water
    3. Suitable Shelter

where your money goes

All money donated to us goes straight to the animals in our care and pays for housing, food, vaccinations, neutering/spaying, and any Veterinary care required.
