St. Patrick’s Community Hospital provides a range of services to the local community including residential, day care, physiotherapy and occupational therapy.

St. Patrick's is a HSE public residential care nursing unit, the facility was built in 1841 and has been used as a care facility since 1928 the unit has been upgraded many times since.

St. Patrick's Community Hospital believe the purpose of person centered care is to provide individual care to residents and their families through respecting their choices, values, dignity and beliefs.
