Founded in 1854, Glencorrib National School is at the heart of the picturesque village of Glencorrib, on the shores of Lough Corrib, Co Mayo.
Our staff consists of 2 Class Teachers, 1 Special Education Teacher (SET) and a SNA.
A happy, welcoming, inclusive atmosphere is the hallmark of Glencorrib NS where each child’s emotional, social and academic development is nurtured. We value and look after the needs of every child and strive to make sure that all of our pupils enjoy their time here.
Our school is a place to grow in friendship and learning where children move on to Secondary School being fully equipped to walk well through the rest of their education and life.
As a small rural school, we value and promote strong links between our community, school management and staff.
