Cancer Trials Ireland (formerly ICORG ,Irish Clinical Oncology Research Group) was set up in 1996 by a group of Cancer Consultants.
Our aim is to enable patients in Ireland to gain early access to the latest cancer treatments. To date we have opened over 260 research protocols and over 9000 patients have participated in our Clinical Trials. We work closely together with Oncologists and Cancer Groups both in Ireland and internationally.
