136 km is the longest cycle I ever did. That was a long day, with the frontal find slowing us down most of the way. I had no doubts that I can finish the cycle providing my knees do not give up on me. Luckily a colleague recommended taking painkillers which saved me the last 50 km of the cycle. This was a memorable day where the hardship was replaced with comradeship & kindness from the participants.
