This is for My Nan, My Dan Dan and My Aunty Sarah and all those other people who’s lives are affected by Cancer.

My Nan, who died from Breast Cancer, never got to see me learn to ride a bike, my first day at national school or my last day. This is coming up very shortly before I move onto secondary, nor has she seen me grow from a four-year-old to an almost teenager, who loves cycling, reading, gaming, computers, seeing friends, hiking and camping.

My Dan Dan (Grandad) and my Aunty Sarah were also diagnosed with Cancer in recent years, but thanks to modern-day treatments and early diagnosis have both made a full recovery. These treatments come from all the medical research, so I have chosen a Charity that continues to do amazing cancer research, which will help many people enjoy many more years of life with their friends and family.

I'm taking part in 170km My Way - Ring of Kerry 2021.
