Let's Get Ready to WALK!

During the week of June 7th we will be re-introducing our Sponsored Walk. We have set very achievable distances for 3rd - 6th to achieve over the week and our Infants to 2nd classes will be able to complete their walk around the school grounds on Wednesday the 9th of June.
We are seeking a reasonable €10 per child average which should allow us to fundraise a minimum of €5000 (€10 x 585 pupils = €5850) to continue to enable us to invest into IT and Numeracy resources for our fabulous pupils.

For pupils in 3rd - 6th class we ask that you bring a parent/guardian with you and track your distance over the week. You can use a fitbit, phone app to track your activity. Our suggestion for distances are as follows. You can send a screenshot and photographs of your completed distances and hopefully the fun you will have in completing it and may give you a chance to further explore the wonders of East Cork.
3rd Class: 5-10km
4th Class: 7-12km
5th and 6th Class: 9-14km
