Sarah Jane and I have decided to spend some quality time together on the bike and raise much needed funds in the process for the Irish Heart Foundation! We are undertaking the 170km Ring of Kerry cycle over the 1st weekend in July! All funds raised will go directly to the Heart Foundation. Sarah Jane and I have a very special bond and friendship as her quick thinking actions literally saved my life ❤❤ The last time I completed the ROK was in 2016 a few months before my cardiac arrest so it will be a momentous achievement to do it again in 2021, this time with Sarah Jane by my side (or maybe a good bit in front of me 😂🙈!!!)
