Hi everyone! 

This year, I have decided to participate in the Moylagh 50 Mile Challenge, with the aim of completing 25 miles.  After a tough year for everyone, it has been brilliant to get out and exercise in preparation for this event.  I am looking forward to Saturday the 7th of August, and I will definitely keep you updated on my progress.
