We decided to set up this page in memory of our dear friend and fellow student who passed away in 2017 after a fall from a horse causing sudden illness. She was a great lover of dogs and had a keen interest in helping young children with learning difficulties. Sarah Jane Geoghegan had aa dog by her side until she passed away peacefully at home in Adare.

Autism Assistance Dogs Ireland was founded in 2010 as a primary service, training and placing assistance dogs to children on the autism spectrum who are a flight risk. We are a National Childrens' charity (CHY 19293) with our headquarters in Little Island, Co CorkOur charity provides a valuable service that has life changing effects for both the children on the spectrum and their families.We provide our dogs free of charge but each dog costs us in the region of €25,000 to train and with no gov
