Each year Coral Leisure chooses a charity to be our Charity Partner for that year. Each of the 9 centres in the Coral Leisure Group nationwide then runs a number of fundraising events over the course of that year with all proceeds going to our chosen partner.
This year Coral Leisure is going in a slightly different direction. As part of the Coral Leisure philosophy, each centre lays down strong roots and integrates fully into our local community, in which we serve. So following on from this philosophy, Coral Leisure is not having just one Charity Partner, but 10 Charity Partners.
As every family in Ireland has been affected or touched by cancer to some extent, this year Coral Leisure has partnered up with those charities who support not just the sufferers of Cancer but their families too.
Each centre in the Coral group, along with our Head Office in Dublin, has partnered up with a local cancer support group. So the money raised locally will go to the local charity, in all probability supporting someone you know in your local area.
Coral Leisure looks forward to raising as much money as possible to support these fantastic charities which do an amazing and often unsung job. So keep an eye on your local centre for upcoming events over the whole year.
