An absolutely inspirational man and close friend has been diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease....he's a man that has spent his life making small positive changes to our world. In the face of this adversity he decided he had a choice- to live life or to exist- he decided to live by continuing his efforts to care for others. He arranged a walk from Donegal to Cork in the summer in aid of MND research and awareness. We are dipping to support this cause. Donations of any size welcome. You are also welcome to come with a flask of tea to watch, unfotunately we have not got insurance clearance to open this up to the general public therefor if you'd like to dip/swim it will be at your own discretion and risk.
