Description : We are excited to invite you to Galway's first: Publican's Pint Race!
IN A NUTSHELL:
We are asking you to fundraise for Western Alzheimers & a race with apint in a steady hand!
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
1. Your pub fundraises for Western Alzheiemrs (we can give you fundraising ideas if you need inspriation).
2. You decide on a representative who competes against a number of Galway City pubs in the race, which involves running a distance with a pint on a tray - the person that finishes fastest AND with the most drink left in the glass wins.
3. The winning pub receives a specially commisioned sculpture to display in their pub for the duration that they hold the Publican's Pint Race winning title! There are also runner up prizes.
WHEN IS IT ON?
The race will take place on the Sundayof the October Bank Holiday which gives you plenty of time to practice and fundraise!
WHERE IS IT ON?
At the Raceourse in Ballybrit, Galway during the Autumn Race Festival.
