The Southern Law Association in connection with the Law
Society, is organising once again a 5k Fun Run/Walk in Blackrock, Cork. Date To Be Confirmed.
During the past 21 years, the run has helped to fight homelessness in Ireland and in Calcutta through donations to the Peter McVerry Trust and The Hope Foundation. This year we will continue working in conjunction with our Cork charities - The HOPE Foundation and S.H.A.R.E. to support young people experiencing homelessness in Cork and Calcutta.
In 2019 we achieved our fundraising target of €300,000, so let’s do it again this year! All money raised in Cork will be divided between both charities. There is no registration fee, so please try your best to raise as much sponsorship as possible. As our way of saying thank you for your fundraising effort you will receive a goodie bag and a technical t-shirt.
We encourage all members of the legal community in Cork to take part, with their staff, families and friends - including their 4 legged ones!, and support the event, making it a fun day out for all, while supporting a very worthwhile cause.
