This is a great Summer fitness challenge suitable for everyone. This is a 3 month challenge that can be completed at your own pace, whether it be WALKING, JOGGING OR RUNNING.
o complete this 500k challenge you need to average 5.2k a day (45-50 min walking per day) which can be broken down into 2-3 walks per day. If you feel you need more than 3 months to complete the challenge, that’s ok.
Runners can complete this challenge as a RACE, for themselves or against their peers for fun, and see how many days it takes to complete 🤭🏃♂️🏃♀️
THE EVENT STARTS JUNE 01. Entries will remain open until June 30th.
You can jump in anytime until end of June, and start the challenge.
