Irishman Running Abroad Challenge

How far can you run? Could you run further? Will you join Jarlath Regan and listeners to the Irishman Running Abroad podcast with Sonia O'Sullivan, and run to raise funds for Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health in Ireland. Each of us has our own marathon, it could be 5k,it could be 42k, getting there requires us to clock up thousands of kilometres. Jarlath has set the bar high, to get to, and complete the Dublin City Marathon for 2021. He is committing to run 2000km over the next year in preparation for the event and to personally raising €50,000 for Jigsaw and to doubling that with your support.

In order to get there, every month Jarlath and his virtual running club will set, and take on a new running challenge to clock up those vital km, but also vital funds for Jigsaw.

The first virtual club run will be a 5k taking place on October 31st. Don't be spooked, get out your runners, sign up and join us. Walking, jogging or sprinting, whether you are an experienced runner, or a first timer, this could be the way to get going.

What better way to stay motivated and keep getting out of that door, than by taking on this challenge with Jarlath and raising vital funds to support young people's mental health in Ireland.
