Help us celebrate Down Syndrome Ireland's 50th Anniversary by taking on our 50 for 50 Challenge this October. We are asking people to raise a minimum of 50 euros by taking on a 50 based challenge – it could be to walk, run, cycle or swim 50km during the month, or do 50 push-ups/sit-ups/squats etc. each day – it’s very much up to you what challenge you take on:
