Welcome to Prioritise Me 15 Minute Yoga Challenge!
My intention is to share the joy of yoga with you and learn how you can use it in every area of your life. It will include movement, breathing, body scans and meditation.
Yoga is still the best tool I know to reconnect with your body and breath, ground you, re-set and re-charge you.
This challenge through the month of May will show you the value that making time for yourself will bring. As the saying goes, "you can't drink from an empty cup"
I will be LIVE at 7.30 pm here Monday to Friday and I am delighted you will join me!
