Climb for Aileen returns on the 13th May 2023!
The last Climb of Carrantouhill raised €62.5k raised towards Ion Torrent Genexus Machine. A key piece of equipment which can take 32 cancer samples at a time and identify the ‘DNA’ of the cancer – essentially allowing bespoke treatment for each sample.
This previously took weeks with samples being sent away – now it’s completed in 24 hours, in CUH.
Well done everyone on climbing Carrauntoohil for such a great cause.
