Last year 90 cancer patients from Mayo availed of our free residential accommodation Inis Aoibhinn during their radiotherapy treatment. Inis Aoibhinn is located on the grounds of UCHG, allowing patients to stay just walking distance of their treatment. Furthermore, we also provide a weekly bus to and from Mayo for our patients, thereby removing the issue of them having to arrange transport each week.

Cancer Care West is the west of Ireland cancer charity dedicated to supporting those whose lives have been affected by a cancer diagnosis.
