Caring for a loved one can be rewarding but it can also be difficult, frightening and isolating. It shouldn’t be. We want family carers to know they have the support they need to care safely, to make it less of a battle and to know they are not alone.
That is why Family Carers Ireland exists and WHY Heart of Gold is needed - to raise funds to provide vital support to thousands of families every year through direct supports, respite, advice and crisis planning, digital supports and through our social media community.
