I'm don't much like heights and have always suffered from mild vertigo so will face my worst fear on the 8th October when I do the most unnatural thing in the world (for me!) and abseil 100ft from the roof of the Hogan Stand in Croke Park to raise funds for the IMNDA!
Our dear Mum was taken from us by this terrible disease which can affect anyone at any time no matter how healthy you live your life - my Mum being a classic example of the indiscriminate nature in which it selects it's victims. The IMNDA were a great source of help to my Mum and our family through what was a very challenging time by providing the help, advice and technology Mum needed to continue to communicate with us for as long as possible before the disease finally took her from us. Please sponsor my vertigo inducing abseil off the Hogan Stand so that the IMNDA can continue their fantastic work to help others who are affected by MND in their time of need!

We offer consistent support to approximately 450 families across Ireland who otherwise would have nowhere else to turn. Everybody with MND has different needs at different stag
