Hi family and friends i am running the virgin media night  run sunday  the 23rd april and the charity i have chosen is st Francis hospice in raheny.   The reason i chose St Francis hospice as my chosen charity is st Francis hospice is a charity close to my heart . Over many years  lots  of friends of mine some very close to me have passed away in St Francis hospice and the care that people get in there is very brilliant . Also finally a very good friend of mine fathers is very ill and in St Francis hospice at the moment and know her father were well and so I would like to raise some money for st Francis hospice.
