In light of recent personal events I've decided to try and raise money for what I believe is a very worthwhile charity, Milford Hospice, by doing the 10k Great Limerick Run. I've never done a sponsored run, never asked anyone for sponsorship but now I change the habits of a lifetime. Please support this worthwhile cause, so that other families can also get the support that they might desperately need someday.
This fantastic organisation provided much needed care to all of my family at a time that we most needed it. The superhuman people that run Milford are second to none in my opinion, dealing with the most traumatic of issues in the most sensitive of ways. I'm raising the money as part of a group effort by the UL MBA class who are all doing the run for these four charitites: Join Our Boys, Limerick Marine Search & Rescue, Learning Hub Limerick and Milford Care Centre.
Please do help me as I try and raise money and if you want to see me crawl over the finish line I welcome that too. You can help carry me back to the car then.
