Hi all,

I will be walking the Darkness into Light 5k in May and the Women's Mini Marathon 10k in June in aid of two important charities - Pieta House and SHINE.

Every single one of us have been affected by mental illness, be it ourselves or someone close to us. Whether it be addiction, low mood, anxiety or a more severe psychiatric disorder, it is a horrendous illness that can make people feel lost and hopeless,driving them to self harm or suicide. 

The funds I raise will enable Pieta House to provide life-saving support to those on the verge of suicide and enable SHINE to continue to provide counselling and support groups to people experiencing mental illness. 

Can you spare a few euro by donating to these charities? Every euro makes a BIG difference and all donation made will be split equally between both charities.
