Polio Survivors Ireland

Polio Survivors Ireland works tirelessly to ensure the needs of polio survivors are met, to enable them to live out their lives with dignity. We provide services and support to polio survivors, including aids and appliances to help them maintain their independence. We also provide information on polio and its Late Effects, create awareness of Post Polio Syndrome (PPS) and advocate for polio survivors, of which there are thought to be 5,000 in Ireland, still living with impacts from a d
