Over 9000 people are diagnosed with this disease in Ireland. It's a challenging illness to have but there is plenty of support. I myself was diagnosed in 2011 and the support i have around from my wife, family and friends is second to none. For me thats what gets me through the day. The MS care centre is the only dedicated respite centre for people with MS in Ireland. Residents here learn more about their MS and try self manage their condition. They provide excellent support to patients and their families. This is truly a most worthy cause!
