Help me die a painful death for two amazing causes - Namely the Peter McVerry Trust and the Hope Foundation. I have signed up for the 5K run, with a minimum goal of 100.00. I know money is a sensitive issue for some but every little helps, and I promise all proceeds will go to the two amazing charities!! A big thanks to anyone who can do what they can!
