I've decided to run the 2017 vhi women's mini marathon this year. I've chosen to fundraise for the Irish Therapy dogs, as they are such an improtant Organisation that help so many people.

My aim is to finish the 10k in uner 1hr 20 (jogging and probably more so walking) and also to raise as my money for the Irish therapy dogs as I can.
