Mental health issues are a major problem among young people. 1 in 4 people in the world will be affected by a mental health issue at some point in their life. Many people have overcome mental issues such as depression and anxiety or know of other who have done the same. For others this struggle is ongoing, particularly for young people who can be affected by these issues at vunerable periods in their lives. Jigsaw is a chairty that provides support for these young people when they need it most. Jigsaw educates and train parents and guardians and works directly with young people to guide them through difficult periods.
