I am travelling to Dublin on Saturday to take part in a mini-marathon (10k) to raise money for the organisation that, until a year ago, I worked for, the Irish Refugee Council. In particular, any money that I raise will go to the IRC's Drop-In Centre where asylum seekers and refugees can get help and advice free of charge on a range of issues. The impact report for the Drop-In Centre for last year is attached to give you an idea of what was achieved last year. I would add that the centre only has one full-time staff member and relies on support from interns. It's a vital service for many.
