A friend of mine, Seamus Kennedy passed away recently from MND. Before he passed away, Seamus was looking forward to being involved in this fund raiser. It will now be in his memory. Myself and a gang of his friends and family are organising a jog/walk from the village of Kilmacow to the top of Tory Hill. The distance is 12.5 km. I am going to carry an ice bucket with me for the journey and do an ice bucket challenge on top of Tory Hill. The High Hopes choir will perform a few songs at the top of Tory and there will be refreshments in Kilmacow community hall afterwards. There will be a bus to transfer people from the village of Kilmacow to Tory and back. A great day is expected.

About the Cause
Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association
The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) is the only organisation of its kind in the country providing specialised services to families affected by this terminal condition.
