Our first daughter, Caoimhe, arrived in our lives in September 2013 unfortunately though she did not stay with us as she was stillborn. It is very important to us to keep her memory alive and to mark her birthday in a positive way. Last September, with family and a few close friends, we climbed Diamond Hill, it was such a lovely and meaningful day that we thought we would do it again this year. However, this year we decided we would try to get some more people on board and raise some much needed funds for Feileacain who have and continue to be a fantastic support to us in our journey.

About the Cause
Féileacáin (Stillbirth & Neonatal Death Support)
Why the name FéileacáinA Butterfly lights besides us like a sunbeam …Many of the ancient civilizations believed that butterflies were symbols of the human soul, and in Irish mythology the butterflies, or ‘Féileacáin’, are said to be the spirits of the departed who return to visit their favorite place and their loved ones to reassure them that they are alright.
