I want to create awareness and support for people suffering with anxiety and depression. It has affected so many of my friends, family and including myself. I just want everyone to know how important it is to talk about how you are feeling  and take into consideration how other people suffering from depression and anxiety are feeling. It affects so many people of all ages and just because it's a mental illness that you can not physically see it is just as debilitating as a physical illness. I'm doing this bungee jump to hopefully show courage and to tackle my fears head on. Tallking and asking for help can be one of the most challenging fears to concour but once you make that first step and overcome that fear I can guarantee how much happier you will feel. Please support me and creat awareness for such an amazing cause so close to my heart. :)
