My Mam has been living with MND, it is a cruel debilitating illness. Sadly Mam passed away peacefully on October 3rd at 5pm in her own bed.

Mam always did her best to keep the sunny side out.

This association provides a tremendous ongoing support to sufferers & their families. The frightening fact is that without this assocaition there would be little or no practical support for families caring for their loved ones in the home.

This association provided Mam with a much needed specailised chair & linked us up with the local amazing hospice.

I am super proud of Mam : her positiviy, pain threshold & ability to appreciate good humour & fun , RIP
