Hi All,

It's nearly a year ago since Clíodhna was in ICU with septic shock - thankfully she has fully recovered with no long term impact.  We will be eternally grateful to everyone in Crumlin Hospital who helped to save her life by their quick & decisive actions and for the wonderful care she received.  So in an effort to help in a small way, Marcus and I are going to do a fun triathlon this weekend to raise some money for Crumlin Medical & Research Foundation.

This is not intended to be a begging note as I know that everyone has their favourite charities that they support - but for those of you who have a connecion with Crumlin, we would be really grateful for your donation.  Diageo will double all the money we raise - so more money for Crumlin!
