Our Dad, Eamonn Campbell, died after suffering a short illness whilst gigging in Holland with The Dublin Legends. The thoughts of getting his body home whilst dealing with our grief was very hard. We had previously heard a radio internew with the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust and had known about their amazing work. The situation we were landed in was extremely stressful, as we had flown out to Holland to be with Dad. After he died, we didn't know where to begin. After remembering the work that KBRT do, we made a phone call and immediately, the ball was rolling. They were so helpful and understanding. They were a light to us in a very harrowing situation. They took care of everything and kept in constant update with us. The only thing they ask for in return, is fundraising. We want to raise as much as we possibly can for this trust and for families who have to go through this experience. They were invaluable to us and to many other families.
