It’s purpose will be to raise awareness for mental health. Mental health and all forms of depression or anxiety is something that has affected my direct family and it is an absolute epidemic in the wider male population. Unlike events such as the darkness into light run or other large scale events, this will be a relatively “small” event limited to about 150 people.
