Would really appreciate if you could support our exercise class on St. Stephen’s Day to help myself and Ann raise some money to get us to Vietnam again with Op Walk Ireland! It’s a really worthwhile charity that provides hip and knee replacements to those that can’t afford them. Having volunteered as a physio with the team last year I saw first hand the benefits of this charity. We may not save lives but we certainly change them for the better! Thanks in advance,
