My lovely Mammy passed away last July. In a short space of time this disease crept into our family and stole its heart. I miss my mother every second of the day. She is entwined into my every conscious thought and so I’m doing this as a positive way to remember her through her favourite activity which was being outside and walking! She was up for any challenge which I have to remind myself of every time I doubt my sanity for taking these 50 miles on. It’s my tiny way of helping out those who face into the awful hours, days and weeks following a cancer diagnosis by helping LARCC. Thank you.
