One of our children required surgery in the first year of his life and we were so happy with the care he received in Temple Street.  The kindness of all the staff there made a lasting impression and we have continued to support this very deserving cause ever since.  I am organising a Couch to 5km course over the next 8 weeks.  There will be one session per week with me as a guide and participants will have homework of another 2 sessions each week.  After 8 weeks everyone should be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping.  I am suggesting a donation of €70 per person for the 8 week course but don’t let that stop you giving more!!
