I'm sure everyone knows about the amazing work PH does in our society, they provide fantastic therapy for those going through difficult times. 

It's so important to promote and support helpines such as PH. We all know so many people who have suffered through the loss of a loved one from suicide, and many more who are suffering daily with their mental health. 

I attended therapy at PH after being hospitalised twice last year, and they helped me immensely, I can't even put it into words how much they supported me through a really hard, dark time. 
Every person I spoke to on the phone, or met at PH were so kind, caring and considerate.

All the people involved with PH are absolute angels, looking after some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
