Together with my UL classmates, we all pitched for and selected our four worthy causes, Milford Care Centre, Learning Hub Limerick, Share a Dream Foundation and The Alzheimer Society of Ireland. In particular, I have some very sad and precious memories of my father Bill and his passing in Milford Care Centre in 2004 and while it was very emotional time for all my family, the care and treatment that he got from all the staff and facilities was just fantastic and it is a fond memory that I have and it will remain with me forever. I want to thank them and support them in any way I can and if it means running the furthest I have ever run and having sore feet, aches and pains for a few days, then I am delighted to support them and all of our chosen charities.
Please give generously..., they really need your support,
