As some of you may know I have decided to do a charity skydive.

The charity I have decided to help raise awareness and funds for is Pieta house, who are there to help support people with suicidal or self harm thoughts.

i feel in Ireland and across the world so many of us are affected by the loss of a loved one, or have even battled with depression ourselves.  Please help me to raise as much as possible so no one goes unheard, let people who are suffering know they are not alone!
