Nearly 11 months ago i lost my husband mark to suicide, he was my childhood sweetheart we were inseperarable we had an amazing 20 years together traveling the world and having our four children Dean Ryan Calum and Amy. Mark was the most genuine kind funny person iv ever met, he was loved by so many. He realy was my soul mate my best friend and our childrens hero. Mark suffered with phycosis for only a short time before ending his life on 2nd june 2017. Leaving many broken hearts. Loosing someone you share your life with changes you forever it has been the worse year of my life not having him by my side every day, i want to raise funds for pieta house in my husbands memory and for the amazing work they do, too many peoples lives are cut short. There is a time in life we may all suffer and need to reach out for help and there is help there, my life has been turned upside down and our children, i also want to raise funds for tallaght hospital mental health ward i have spent the last year in and out of hospital as life seemed impossible for me since loosing mark, i am so greatfull for all the help iv recieved and still recieving this is a long journey for me and a realy hard one. I also want to raise funds for Lucena (st john of gods) childrens mental health as the past year my children have needed alot of support and counselling to help them after their daddys suicide, the care and help they are having has been amazing. I couldnt pick one charity as these 3 all deserve it. I am doing hell and back in June and anyone that knows me would know how unfit i am and this will realy be a test for me but i feel if i can give something to these charitys and feel i can help in some way it gives me focus too. My sons are also doing hell and back junior in september to raise more funds for pieta house in their daddys memory. Please help me and my boys make a difference in memory of Mark
